Vigilante: Sphinx

So for a while during chapter 3 I debated whether or not I should add this character. Funny fact, the concept for this character is one of the first ideas that was Vigilante in its beginning stages. Finally I decided to add her because I was so attached to the character and the idea and I finally figured out a way to fit her back into the plot. The rings on her outfit are small igniters since she can't always channel the fire on her own. Most of them are just for the look though. And I designed the costume on my own, I tried looked up something for a reference but nothing appealed to me so i reached far within myself to my minimal clothing design talent.

So what do you thing? Good guy or bad guy?
