Arielle is lucky she happened to kiss probably the only other queer girl in the opera house. Her gaydar must be spot on. Funnily enough, I've written this character as a lesbian before. Raven Fleck, featured in many of my fanfictions. And I'm not the only one who has a queer interpretation of her character. Little shout out to littlelivewire and her fanfic City of Wonders, which features Fleck in a (mostly sexual) relationship with a fellow performer. It's a good read, helps my little head canon that Fleck is totally gay. Or Bi. That works. Into women mostly.
It's 1870, Jeanine, "straight couple" means nothing. And careful, you're letting you timetraveler show. And it's kind of easy to forget that Erik is a lasso happy crazy murderer. Guess the Opera Ghost wasn't everything he wasn't everything he was cut out to be. Defiantly missing Gerard Butler's rippling muscles and angst.
